2nd best

Two birds vie for control, one Dove of paradise, one Crow of underworld. Abruptly, a Hawk of life seizes both within its talons.

 

She looks at me,
So lovingly.
What does she see,
When she thinks of me?
How is it that I hold the Key?

Here she is asleep,
And looking at her will keep,
Me from turning and counting sheep.
A gap forms here that may require a leap.

What of me could she love,
That makes her soar above,
Higher than a Hawk and a Dove.

When like this she's so at peace,
Did my heart suddenly cease?

I know what I have and I wont let go.

ah,  back to the slow life of looking for a job, beeing between terms, and living away from home/chores. although, it is getting a little boring. "I" have decided to volunteer for the OTB show. where we paridy things and make them funny, or just do funny things and then show it to like 400 people on campus just for fun. and by "I" i mean someone else did the volunteering for me.  although it has given me something to do, and some much of the funniest stuff is off camera.  so the current idea/experiment, is to put 10 people in a cabin by a lake, and not let them sleep for the 72 hour durration... i get to be one of those people... i think i'm going to kill someone specific by the end of it all... but at least 400 OIT students will get to laugh at it.
  i recently digitalized my music onto a hard drive and found out that i have 11 gigs of music, in mp3 format. which was a little more than i had expected.
i get to come home for Labor day weekend (sort of).  first Serena is comming down the week before, and giving me a ride back home, where i will take her with me to my family reunion for the weekend, then i go to my roommate's house and help him pack, then he will drive the truck, and i will drive his car, back down here.  what an exciting week that's going to be, and hopefully  i won't get cammed for an interview durring that time.
i must be the only person in the world who games and lifts at the same time
